01Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dexify, an iOS application provided by Dexify ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
If you don't agree, please don't use Dexify.
02Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to update it as needed.
03Acceptable use
When using Dexify, you agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
- Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with the security or integrity of our systems
- Use the service to commit fraud or violate any law
04Subscriptions & billing
Dexify offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Dealer). Paid plans are billed through Apple's App Store under their standard terms.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy
- Pricing may change with notice; existing subscriptions are honored at the current rate until renewal
05Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and information you submit ("Your Content"). By using Dexify, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload Your Content.
06AI & estimated values
Dexify uses AI to identify collectibles, suggest grades, and estimate market values. These outputs are estimates only, generated from public market data and visual analysis.
Grading suggestions are heuristics based on visual signals and should not replace professional grading services like PSA, BGS, or CGC.
07Intellectual property
The Dexify name, logo, app, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks without prior written consent.
08Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the in-app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or pose a security risk.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
09Liability
Dexify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
